High-rail excavators

The Tiannuo Railway excavators are purpose-built high-rail excavators designed for maintenance-of-way work. Built around patented hydraulic high-rail system, it allows crews to transition on and off the track quickly while maintaining stability, control, and performance in rail conditions. There two types of railway excavator available from at present. They are crawler type hi-rail and wheeled type hi-rail ones. The operating weight ranges from 2.6 ton to 21 ton

Tiannuo railroad excavators supports a wide range of MOW applications, including rail handling, brush cutting, trenching, lifting, and site preparation. They could be customized on the host machines. The host machines could be available from world famous brands or our customized brand, which could delivers reliable power, balanced hydraulics, and operator control suited for long work windows and demanding environments.

Available in multiple sizes and configurations, the Railavator lineup supports both standardized fleet use and specialized applications such as right-of-way clearing, bridge work, and ballast undercutting.

Safety Technology

All Tiannuo railroad excavators models support optional integrated safety systems designed to improve jobsite awareness and reduce risk. Available technologies include height and slew limiting, reversing horn, insulution rack, four- directional cameras and emergency egine.
