1. Components of a railway trolley
The railway trolley consists primarily of three parts: the main beam, the brackets for traveling wheels, and the rail wheels.

2. Delivery Note
The brackets and rail wheel assemblies are pre-assembled before delivery. On-site assembly only requires connecting the main beam to wheel assemblies.

3. Installation Steps
1. Place two pre-assembled wheel assemblies on flat ground and keep them parallel.
2. Lift the main beam and place it on top of two brackets, align all bolt holes.
3. Insert bolts from bottom to up for connection and fasten it with 2 nuts. Install 4 sets on each side, 8 sets in total.
4. Tighten all bolts loosely first, check that the main beam is level and without offset.
5. Fully tighten all bolts diagonally to ensure firm connection.
6. Push the trolley manually for test run. Ensure wheels rotate smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise.
4. Safety Precautions
1. All bolts must be tightened with nuts completely. Carry out regular inspections to avoid loose bolts.
2. Do not load cargo on the rail trolley until full inspection is passed.
3. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
