Excavator High Frequency Screening Bucket | Accurate Soil & Aggregate Separation
A standard grid bucket relies mainly on gravity, which can limit screening control when the job involves fine material, mixed soil or a defined output size. The Excavator High Frequency Screening Bucket adds hydraulic-powered vibration to separate material directly at the worksite, reducing unnecessary handling before reuse, transport or disposal.
STND Machinery supplies two published models for 5–20 ton excavators, with interchangeable screen apertures and hydraulic matching for different materials and grading requirements.

What Is an Excavator High Frequency Screening Bucket?
An Excavator High Frequency Screening Bucket is a hydraulic attachment that uses rapid, small-amplitude vibration to move material across a screen. Fine particles pass through the selected aperture while larger pieces remain in the bucket. The published design operates above 24 Hz with an amplitude of 1.0–2.5 mm, making it suitable for controlled separation of soil, sand, gravel and mixed debris.

Key Advantages
1. High-Frequency Screening for Fine Material
High-frequency vibration keeps material moving across the screen instead of relying on gravity alone. This supports more consistent separation where a standard grid bucket may struggle with finer fractions or mixed feed.
2. Interchangeable Screens for Different Output Sizes
Screen apertures can be selected for the required grading range. The two published models cover 10–80 mm and 10–100 mm, allowing the attachment to be configured around the target material size.
3. Reinforced Steel Structure
High-performance steel plates and mortise-and-tenon welded joints provide structural support for repeated vibration. High-strength shafts and bearings are selected to support demanding screening cycles and practical service requirements.
4. Carrier and Hydraulic Matching
Bucket weight, capacity, screen aperture and recommended flow are matched to the excavator class. Correct hydraulic flow is essential for stable vibration and should be confirmed before production.
Published Specifications
Specification | SDTN-GPSFD-1 | SDTN-GPSFD-2 |
Applicable Carrier | 5–10 t | 10–20 t |
Overall Weight | 600 kg | 950 kg |
Bucket Capacity | 0.42 m³ | 0.75 m³ |
Screen Aperture | 10–80 mm | 10–100 mm |
Recommended Flow | 70 L/min | 100 L/min |
Published vibration frequency is above 24 Hz with a 1.0–2.5 mm amplitude. Final mounting dimensions, hydraulic pressure, coupler interface and screen arrangement require confirmation for the selected excavator and material.

Main Applications
Construction and earthwork: Separate reusable soil, gravel and oversized material directly during excavation.
Demolition processing: Sort mixed fines and larger debris before loading, recycling or disposal.
Landscaping and agriculture: Screen soil and remove stones or unwanted material before reuse.
Mining and aggregate work: Classify suitable feed material within the published screen range at the worksite.
How to Select the Right Screening Bucket?
Provide the excavator brand, model, operating weight, hydraulic flow and pressure, mounting dimensions, coupler type, target output size and material condition. Moisture, clay content, feed size and contamination can affect screening behavior, so jobsite photos or a material sample description should be included when requesting a configuration.
