Rail Track Dolly Trolley

The TNGDTC75 rail trolley is a heavy-duty track transport cart specially designed for railway maintenance and construction. It is widely used to transport rails, sleepers, tools, accessories and various construction sundries on railway working sites.

The load beam and wheels are fully forged from high-strength steel. The main structure adopts Q355 and Q460 high-strength steel, ensuring excellent rigidity, impact resistance and long service life under heavy-load and harsh working conditions.

This rail trolley features strong versatility. It adapts to various rail gauges from 1000 mm to 1676 mm, and the frame width can be customized according to customer track requirements. With a lightweight body of only 250 kg, the trolley is easy to push, convenient for on-track and off-track operation, perfectly suitable for tight window construction.

It provides a stable loading capacity of 10 tons with a safe running speed of 5 km/h. Simple structure, low failure rate and almost no daily maintenance make it an ideal logistics equipment for railway track maintenance and renewal projects.
