It possesses both excellent strength and toughness, effectively withstanding the heavy pressure of ballast and dynamic impacts during operation. Q460, as a higher-strength steel plate, has a significantly higher yield strength than Q355 and is mainly used in key load-bearing parts of the frame, further enhancing the structural stability of the entire cart under heavy-load conditions. The synergistic application of these two steels achieves lightweighting while ensuring safety and reliability, helping to reduce operating energy consumption and improve economy.
In terms of operational performance, the mini-rail ballast transportation cart also performs excellently. Equipped with an advanced track-walking system, it ensures smooth and precise operation along the track, improving the controllability and safety of transportation.
